I’m excited to share this planner haul and host a planner giveaway today!
I got everything on Amazon with free 2 day shipping–woohoo! This Erin Condren Life Planner has been on my radar for years since everyone and their mama’s mama seems to have this planner. I chose the Midnight Blossom cover with a vertical neutral interior. Would you like to see the inside in a future post? I took pictures, but…I’ve actually decided to return the Erin Condren planner. It’s very nice, but I like my Happy Planner more. The Erin Condren is too pricey for me to keep if I know I’ll just use my Happy Planner!
This next cute item is gold foil ephemera by American Crafts in their Dear Lizzy collection. Everything is so cute and I love gold foil detailing. There’s a lot of pink, yellow and mint in this pack of ephemera so it will be especially perfect for spring, summer or birthday memory keeping. I can’t wait to use these!
I was happy to find the Echo Park The Story of Fall kit on Amazon since I already have the Echo Park Story of Winter kit and love using that one. This collection kit has double sided papers sized 12″ x 12″ and they can be used for scrapbook pages, planner decorations, making stickers, Project Life cards, pocket pages, Smashbooks, journaling…whatever you can think of for paper crafts or memory keeping! I also love that the kit comes with lots of cute fall stickers!
Another planner I’d had my eye on for at least a year was the Webster’s Pages Color Crush planner. I ended up getting two of the kits from Amazon, one for myself and one to give away. But before I placed my order, I actually asked in my Facebook group which Color Crush planner the ladies would like to win–gold or platinum rose–and platinum rose won by a landslide =) Platinum rose was out of stock on the Webster’s Pages website, but Amazon had one left, and I got the last one for you ladies! Yay!
Here she is in all her platinum rose glory! Just kidding, she’s way prettier in person. The Webster’s Pages Color Crush personal planner kit in platinum rose came with that little sticker sheet, too. So cute.
There’s a little peek inside of the planner. The dividers and inserts are to die for. Every little detail from the rings to the tag on the outside is feminine and beautiful. Color Crush planners feel soft to the touch, but sturdy enough to carry around every day. I also like that it snaps shut, has an I.D. holder, includes pockets, and even has a pen loop!
The Webster’s Pages planner I chose for myself was an A5 natural Color Crush planner kit. You can see that she looks pretty and has the same features as the personal planner, just in a larger size. I liked the inserts, as well. I plan to return this planner to Amazon, though, because there were scratches, glue? on the outside, uneven rings, no stickers included…nothing detrimental, just annoying and I’m not in love with it, so back it goes!
I love me some Happy Planner products!
Are you excited for the new releases coming this month?!
Anyway, the stickers above are puffy stickers which always lend a nice texture and appearance to a project. These would be so cute to use in your planner, on a to do list, or in your scrapbook. I like how bright and colorful they are.
Planner haul continued
When I chose my Erin Condren Life Planner, I saw the Erin Condren monthly sticker book and snagged that, too! Silver and gold metallic detail is all over these stickers and there are over 250 of them in this book! Something good that I always hear about Erin Condren products is that they’re high quality; I guess they should be for these prices, but I happily agree that the quality is very nice. I’ve already used some of the stickers from the October pages and I look forward to sharing my next planner decoration layout with you.
Ok, these cards for the Me & My Big Ideas pocket pages look way cuter in person than they do in this picture. The glitter is stunning, the foils are beautiful…every card is just so cute and I can’t wait to show you better pictures of these in action in my planner and scrapbook! I can definitely see myself ditching the typical scrapbook album next year and scrapbooking 2017 in my Happy Planner.
Is that something you’d be interested in seeing me try next year?
Heidi Swapp has done it again with her cute Happy chipboard stickers. I thought you ladies would like these stickers because of the color scheme, words, and that 3D texture that chipboard adds to your scrapbook projects. You can use these in your planner, too, of course! I love bulking up my planner with washi tape and 3D stickers, pictures, ephemera, inserts, you name it.
I just love Heidi Swapp’s handwriting, use of gold foil, feminine designs…she’s popular for good reason, I guess! Another of her items that I chose was this pack of foil pocket cards that’s meant for her memory planner line. I decided not to try her memory planner at this time, but I’m happy to report that the small 2×2 cards fit very nicely in my Happy Planner pocket pages! There are also 3×3 cards in this pack that I’ll use for decoration, as well, even though they are small for the 3×4 pockets of my inserts.
Washi tape stickers?! YES x 1000!! Those are only my two favorite things to use : P If I didn’t already have so many stickers, I’d probably keep these for myself, but they are one of the giveaway prizes. MAMBI strikes with cuteness again!
Last but not least, more beautiful stickers by Heidi Swapp for the memory planner line. This sheet comes with 28 lovely puffy stickers and I think the blue, black, gold and pink color scheme is perfect for every day use in your planner or Project Life album. I really hope this sticker sheet makes a lucky winner happy!
